Privacy policy
Orca Penguin (“we”) collects only what we need to answer your inquiry, and deletes it when we’re done.
This is a translation. If it differs from the Korean original, the Korean version applies.
1. Purpose
We use personal information you send us by email only to review and answer your inquiry. The site has no accounts and sells nothing.
2. What we collect

3. How long we keep it
We keep it for one year after we reply, then delete it — unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
4. Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
5. Processors and international transfer
We run no servers of our own and use the services below, so personal information is transferred outside Korea.

If you don’t want your information transferred abroad, please don’t send us an inquiry — in that case we can’t reply.
6. Deletion
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the emails and records so they cannot be recovered.
7. Security measures
- Administrative: only the operator handles personal information.
- Technical: our email and service accounts use two-step verification, and the site and email travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS, TLS).
- Physical: we keep no servers of our own and rely on the data centers of the companies in section 5.
8. Your rights
You (or, for children under 14, a parent or legal guardian) can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop its processing, at any time via [email protected]. We’ll act on it without delay.
9. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use cookies. Only the site language you choose is saved in your browser’s storage (localStorage), and it is never sent to our servers. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.
When you press play on a video page, the YouTube (Google LLC) player loads, and YouTube’s privacy policy applies from then on. Nothing is loaded from YouTube before you press play.

12. Changes
We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page. Effective from 2026-10-12.
